The other day Peter Dalton from Intercom had a post clapping back at the idea that "AI Agents are only as a good as the content that you give them."
While there *is* a line somewhere that determines how successful an AI will be with the content it has to learn from - Peter's not wrong.
The fact that Fin can reason and formulate full and accurate answers based on context within its own knowledge is mind blowing.
RB2B doesn't have a Google Sheets integration - nor is Google Sheets mentioned anywhere in our knowledge base.
After Peter's post, I wanted to test how the AI would respond when asked about integrating RB2B with Google Sheets - especially, as far as it is concerned, it doesn't have any reference point to work from.
Boy, oh, boy, did it hit a home run.
In its scope of knowledge are articles about RB2B's Zapier integration and how and when it can be used - using that information and the context of the question about an integration with an unsupported platform - it generated a picture perfect response.
